WF Summer Splash July 17-19

Join our community to have some family-friendly furry fun in the sun, and also celebrate two flockers’ happily fur-ever union at a beautiful private venue, just north of Cookeville, Tennessee—surrounded by nature, adventure, and plenty of activities for all Splash attendees. Registration for Summer Splash is NOW OPEN on ConCat, in the Event Store under “Other Woods Flock Events.” The venue address will be sent out to all attendees as time gets closer. Registrations are limited, so be sure to reserve your spot through ConCat soon. As a reminder, Woods Flock is an inclusive & safe community for folks of all ages, and from all walks of life. Our Code of Conduct/policies are in effect for every event. Due to this being a private venue we have rented for our exclusive use, it is $10/adult, $5/child to attend for the day only Saturday, which is a fee set by the venue. This must still be pre-purchased, as only pre-registered attendees will receive the venue address. Camping rates are as follows (of course includes day use; does not apply to children who are still just $5/day):

• $35 – One Night of Camping (Fri OR Sat – Host*)
• $60 – Both Nights of Camping (Fri & Sat – Host)
• $15 – One night of camping (HOSTED**)
• $20 – Both Nights of camping (Hosted)

*Host means the person with the tent, who picks the site. Parking is guaranteed.

**Hosted means anyone staying with a Host, and parking on-site is not guaranteed, please plan to carpool

Event Dates & Times:

Summer Splash – 

• Friday, July 17th starting at 3 PM (set-up, check-in and hangout – swimming will be available but there may be non-furries present until 7pm – we will have quiet hours starting at midnight but ask folks to start winding down at 10pm)
• ALL DAY Saturday – EXCLUSIVE to Woods Flock attendees!
• Sunday, July 19th, load out by 10 AM

Wedding Ceremony –

Saturday, July 18th at 7 PM (Shortly after the potluck dinner, and hopefully cool enough for our suiters.) This is a furry-themed wedding, so bring your suits, ears, and tails! If you don’t have a suit or prefer not to wear one, just bring your awesome self—everyone is welcome in the pack. And yes… it gets even better— The ceremony will be officiated by none other than our very own femur-eating Maddox, so you already know it’s going to be legendary, slightly chaotic, and unforgettable! Come celebrate love, friendship, nature, and fur-amily with the Woods Flock group as Xavier and Victor begin their next adventure—hand in paw. Splash attendees are already invited by default since you’ll be there! No extra costs are associated with attending the ceremony. Feel free to swing by and join the celebration. Any family/friends of the grooms who want to attend the ceremony only, please contact Xavier for directions to the venue. You will need to exit the premises after the ceremony/potluck, however.
