PRICING:
- FREE for Day Pass on Saturday (optional $10 pass to support Woods Flock & charity, plus eligibility for prize drawings, or to enter or judge chili cookoff, cash donations also accepted)
- $40 Full Weekend Camping Pass (HOST: you have a tent, camper, RV, etc)
- $25 Full Weekend HOSTED Camper (You are staying with a host)
PARKING:
Unlike our other venues, this one has PLENTY of parking! We still encourage carpooling simply bc it’s better :3 If camping, you may park beside your site. If only attending for the day, we ask you park on the stage side of the road, or beside the road across from the first silo pavilion (check-in/you will see the Woods Flock banner).
Final Schedule will be published 2-3 weeks before the event, but rough itinterary as follows:
FRIDAY, OCT 16:
- Staff/Volunteer-only setup starting at noon
- Campers may arrive starting at 3pm to check in and set up, other set up will likely still be going on.
- Board & field games, arts & craft areas will be available
- Communal fire social meal ~6pm (hot dogs & smores provided, + BYO for yourself or to share if desired)
- REST TBD incl whether Variety show / Halloween Hollow group happens Fri or Sat, possible open stage/dancing after 7pm if Variety show is Sat
SATURDAY, OCT 17:
- Board & field games / arts & crafts available all day
- 8am Artists may check in if not already & begin setup
- 9am Day Passes, chili cook-off participants may check in
- 10am (or whenever each artist is ready) Artist Market Open
- 11am Morning Welcome, followed by Mingle/Trinket Trading, BYO picnic w/ plushies
- 1pm Group Photo & Costume Showcase
- 2pm Pumpkin Carving/Painting
- 3pm Ambassador Animal Education
- 4pm Chili Cook-off Judging
- ~5pm Chili Communal Dinner
- REST TBD including times for Variety Show, Trick-or-Treating, Smores/fire social, Halloween Hollow group, telescope/stargazing
- 7am Fire started, tear down/cleanup begins
- 8am Morning Stretch & Farewell Hugs
- 11am Everyone must depart
