Join us for our second annual Spring camp! Woods Flock is a mini-con for adventurous & nature-loving furries. Featuring 3 days jam-packed with activities, crafts, games, music, campfire fellowship & more. We also feature a Makers Market to buy awesome hand-crafted merch or commission custom work from artists in our community.

Not much for camping? We also have bunks for those who’d rather sleep in a bed, and meals are provided for those staying in the dorms or can be added on.

 

SCHEDULE:

NOTE: Day passes may be purchased ON-SITE & are only good for daylight hours! No refunds for weather, some outdoor activities will go on if it’s not severe, others may be moved, rescheduled, or cancelled.

  • The park is closed to day visitors after sunset. Weekend badge holders get panel space priority.*We will stop selling day passes after 3pm or when parking is full.
  • Students (Day pass only) and Teens are 1/2 price, Children 12 & Under FREE w/ paid adult
  • WEEKEND passholders will get priority in panels and activities, w/ Sponsors at front-of-the-line.
  • Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner is for campers on the meal plan ONLY.
  • Unless otherwise noted, all panels/ activities will be held at the Roost Lounge (1st Floor), inside or on the patio as the weather/group prefers.
  • Quiet hours are in effect 10pm-6am. This is not a curfew but the noise level should be such that only the person beside you can hear you

All Weekend: These activities are available for the whole event, so feel free to check them out when you’re not sure of what to do!

The Roost Lounge : While this is the food service/eating room, it’s also a general hangout space. Art supplies will be available at designated tables in the Roost, please use hand sanitizer and put things back as you found them. The Games Master will be there with a ton of tabletop games to play. (Campers are free to play any of our available games unscheduled, just please clean up after yourselves).  There are also comfy chairs and couches to relax in.

Plushie Dice Battle – sign up & play as much as you want over the weekend. There will be a prize for the most points and another drawing from everyone that plays

Rec Field : Volleyball net (beach balls only please), Swings, Ball Pit, and Basketball Hoop + various field toys; leave field clear for campers to load in/cross to campsites.

Friday 3/24: (Day pass $15, $5 after 3pm; cash only)
*All times will be adhered to as close as possible but may be subject to change
Registration/Check-In/Camp Store: 9am-8pm (if arriving later just flag down a staff member and we will take care of you) – charity auction donations accepted all day
Maker’s Market: 2pm-8pm | Roost Lounge: afternoon-midnight

Meals:
Breakfast snacks will be available to those on a meal plan after check-in, GOH Super Sponsor Brunch will be at 10AM
Lunch will be available for pickup at 12:30-2:30pm, or after check-in if arriving later.
Dinner is served at 6:30-8pm
*S’mores will be available from 8pm until the nightly ration runs out. We have some telescoping forks for roasting marshmallows, but you may wish to bring your own.

4pm-5pm Basic First Aid & Camping Safety
5pm-6pm Firecraft Skills & Demo – Rec Field fire ring
7pm-8pm Meet the ‘possums!
8pm-10pm Art Jam w/ Mary Mae! (until yall get tired) in the Roost

11am-3pm Slow paced Fall Creek Falls hike from Nature Center w/ photo ops & picnic ~2.5mi RT; section to base of falls is strenuous (optional) – meet in front of Roost for carpool/convoy @10:45am
1pm-2pm Awesome ‘possums (again)!
1:30pm-3pm Kandi/ friendship bracelets w/ Mae
3pm-4pm Tie-Dye Workshop
5pm-6pm Plushie Tea Party / Charity Bake Sale & Photoshoot
