Friday July 17, 2026:
Check-in starts at 3pm but we would ask attendees to wait until 4pm or later to arrive if possible; we will not have the venue to ourselves until after 7pm (as that is when their day guests leave). Tent spots and parking are first come, first claimed.
4pm – check-in, open swimming (until 7), board gaming/MTG, and art jamming (~midnight)
7pm – group fire started (BYO dinner), smores available. Bring an instrument and jam if you want!
9:59 – Howl!
10pm-midnight – wind down (low conversations, no music)
No more wood on the fire after midnight, please go to bed or respect quiet hours until 6am (+ please keep noise to a minimum until ~8am).
Saturday July 18, 2026
(all day: Open board gaming/MTG, art jamming)
~6am – group fire started,
(No breakfast provided)
8am – mellow morning stretch and stroll
9am – no more wood on group fire (may be put out sooner if no one is using it)
10am – official welcome & mingle, swimming (you can swim up til 7pm) – Please note there are no lifeguards on duty, the water is not very deep or fast but there are life jackets available if you would like to borrow one (you can also bring any floaties or rent a tube from the venue). There is also a second swimming area below the bigger falls, please use the buddy system if you want to swim there because the path down is fairly steep and uneven.
Noon – BYO picnic/potluck (with plushies if you want!)
1:30pm – Water Group Photo (fursuits optional) – this will be by the upper falls, so you can be either in or out of the water.
2:00pm – Water Wars😈 BYO water gun or just be ready to splash; this will be in the upper falls swimming area and go til people are tired of it. If you don’t want to participate, simply go downstream a bit, or head to the lower falls area.
4-6pm – Trinket trading / Swap meet. A tarp will be laid down or you can bring your own, to offer stuff up for trade. You do not have to be there the whole time but make sure you put a note next to your stuff with your name /contact if you step away for a bit. Stickers, plushies, pins are usually staples but it’s open to whatever you want as long as it’s sfw.
(Sat cont.):
6pm – Grillout / potluck pt 2. We should have plenty of food, especially hot dogs, corn, and pinwheels. Cake after the wedding!
7pm – Xavier & Victor’s wedding! Group Photo ~ Caaaaake
~8pm – Possibly a special opossum guest?
Group fire started again. S’mores available.
9pm – Tall tales, terrors, and ticklers by the fire (share stories and songs)

Sunday July 19, 2026
Please be packed up and heading out by 10am!
~6am – group fire started (no more wood after 8, No breakfast provided but whatever food is left is fair game)
8am – mellow good morning stretch and farewell hugs
10am – Goodbye! (Bonus: brief sightseeing/short drive to Roaring River Falls)
11am (Bonus) – group lunch at Texas Roadhouse including free onion blossoms and fried pickles. Please let Tory know if you are planning to join and be there promptly at 11 so we can be seated together.
Bonus bonus – not necessarily be a group thing but here are a few a good sightseeing stops within ~45 min south or east of Cookeville, for anyone interested in such a thing on their way home:
- Burgess Falls State Park
- Rock Island State Park (esp Twin Falls)
- Lost Creek & Cave
- Ozone Falls State Natural Area
There are others, but they are more hikes instead of things you can see pretty easily a short way from parking.

Venue Map

The highlighted green areas (circled with orange) are roughly where tents can set up. A lot of them you can also park beside where you want to set your tent up. There are some good trees for hammocks but hammock people will have to decide that for themselves.
Here are just a few photos of areas you can set up tents:
The two swimming areas are by the upper falls (first image, nice shady shoreline), which is easily accessible by following the level walking trail from the left of the parking area, and the lower falls, which are accessed by a steep/uneven trail and stairs beyond a chain near the venue entrance.
Alcohol/Smoking:
You are allowed to BYO alcohol as long as it is not left unattended and you drink responsibly. If you share, make sure to check ID. No smoking allowed in the pavilion or near attendees, this includes vaping.
Trash/Recycling:
We will have trash bags available in the pavilion and near each water cooler. If you have cans or glass, we ask that you keep them separated into the designated bags (at the pavilion)
Please be respectful and leave no trace!
Exit:
Gate will close a little after 7pm on Friday, but it’s just a chain/carabiner. However, if you are arriving late please give us a courtesy heads up.
Gate will close after wedding guests depart on Saturday. If you need to get out after that, please close it behind you.
Check-in:
There is a little tent where you sign in to acknowledge the venue’s waiver. @PawTory will also be there for a chunk of time Fri 4pm onwards to check you in on our end / help direct. And Sat 9-10. Other than that just look/ask for Tory, but as long as you are checked into the venue’s sheet when you arrive that’s the main thing.
Parking:
You may park near the check-in tent temporarily to figure out where you want to set up your site, unload things, if you have accessibility needs, or are only there for the day and there is room. Once you have picked a site, assuming it is accessible to vehicles you can park beside it as long as not blocking the road. If it is not accessible to vehicles, you can park on the road closest to it temporarily to unload, and then re-park in one of the orange lined spots on the gravel.
DO NOT drive around the pavilion, or past the marked areas.
If you are coming only for the day, you may park between the cones or in the orange lined spots, or parallel along the road (as long as not blocking). If you are HOSTED or coming for the day but we run out of parking, you may have to park in (or we may ask you to move to) the overflow lot.
Bathrooms:
There are two flush toilets located in the pavilion, and one has a shower. Swimmers may use the shower to rinse off when done, but we ask any campers wanting a full shower to please do so only between the hours of 6-9am or 7pm-midnight. Out of consideration for others and the venue’s rainwater system, please limit your time with the shower turned on to 10 minutes.
Amenities (Pavilion):
Guest Wifi password is posted.
A microwave, coffee maker, and washing sinks are available in the “kitchen”/prep area. Please do not go into the freezer or refrigerators; if you have something that requires refrigeration such as a potluck dish or medication, ask @PawTory first.
There is an air compressor anyone may use for inflatables. There will be surge protectors plugged into the power outlets for charging devices. We feel our community is respectful of others’ belongings, but leave things unattended at your own risk.
Drinking water coolers (with ice) will be located in four spots during the day (but please bring your own refillable water bottle): The pavilion, the stairs by the lower falls swimming area, the upper falls swimming area, and on a table to the side of the path near the central tent area (this table will also have a handwashing station).
Smores will be provided at the group firepit next to the pavilion in the evenings. Please do not add wood to the fire unless you are a staff member or volunteer. You may tend your own fires elsewhere as long as it’s in a firepit or otherwise self-contained (no ground fire rings) and proper fire safety is observed.
