You are welcome to bring things to share for potluck meals – there will be simple snacks, hot dogs, pb&j supplies, and s’mores available. A food truck & concession stand will be set up during Halloween Hollow hours, but we ask that folks come prepared with your own food & camping supplies.
SCHEDULE:
Friday afternoon – setup/decorating will start by 1pm, attendees are welcome to come help. Tabletop gaming and some arts/crafts will be available by 3-4pm – please do not arrive before then to check in!
~6pm (or when most folks are ready) potluck/hotdogs or BYO dinner, and cake.
~8pm After dark, Halloween Hollow groups (for those who purchased tickets), bonfire socializing
Saturday – board gaming, art supplies, as well as field toys will be available all day
Campers are responsible for their own breakfasts. There is a restaurant nearby (~5min drive) but most will probably cook on the fire.
9am Check-in opens for Artist Alley, Sat night campers and day attendees; chili Cook-off contestants can check in whenever they are ready to start cooking
(Open) Swap Meet – There will be a tarp laid out for those interested in trading stuff, you may also bring your own table/chair/shade
10am mini badge making + spider craft
11am Market open til about 4-5pm. Artists can come and go as they please.
Noon Plushie picnic / BYO lunch or there will be limited sandwich supplies/snacks (potluck round 2)
1:30 pm SHARP! Group photo (including one for Fursuits/costumes only), optional individual & small group photos also
2pm Field games (can be in costume or not)
3pm Pumpkin carving or painting (BYO or pre-purchase in Event Store)
4pm Opossum Time! Animal ambassador education
5pm Chili Cook-off judging followed by communal dinner
7pm Variety Show, if there is enough interest – otherwise, we will have a fursuit & costume showcase, followed by a dance party
8pm Tent/trunk decorating tour & trick-or-treating – All attendees who decorate will get to pick a prize & receive a $5 WF digital voucher!
9pm Stargazing & telescope set up on far side of field away from bonfire
At the Fire – socializing, spooky stories, s’mores
Please observe Quiet Hours from Midnight til 6am

A clean up and loadout day, please be headed out before 11am. There will be a group lunch off-site nearby, then maybe a short hike if there are people interested.
