EVENT DETAILS:
ADDRESS:
14225 Old Baxter Road
Silver Point, Tennessee
PRICING:
- FREE for Day Pass on Saturday (optional $10 pass to support Woods Flock & charity, plus eligibility for prize drawings, or to judge chili cookoff, cash donations also accepted)
- $40 Full Weekend Camping Pass (HOST: you have a tent, camper, RV, etc)
- $25 Full Weekend HOSTED Camper (You are staying with a host)
- Children 17&Under free! (Parent or guardian will need to sign a separate waiver on arrival)
PARKING:
You will come thru the main gates at Defender’s Retreat and park on the right/stage side of the road (do not park on the left as that is for Halloween Hollow). You will see the Woods Flock area right there and check in at the first silo pavilion. Unlike our other venues, this one has PLENTY of parking! We still encourage carpooling simply bc it’s better :3 If camping, up to 2 vehicles may park beside your site. If only attending for the day or there are more than 2 vehicles for your site, we ask you park as directed.
Note on toilets/etc:
Please note this is a fully outdoor venue and we ask all attendees come prepared with their own gear & supplies (you can find a general packing list here). Across the field is a large pavilion that is not part of our reservation, however you may use the flush toilets and showers around the back side. PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO SHOWER BETWEEN 6pm-10pm as these are the hours of operation for Halloween Hollow and the general public will be using those bathrooms also. We will have portapotties behind the stage in our area.
Schedule:
FRIDAY, OCT 16:
- Staff/Volunteer-only setup starting at noon
- Campers may arrive starting at 3pm to check in and set up, other set up will likely still be going on.
- Board & field games, arts & craft areas will be available
- Communal fire social meal ~6pm (hot dogs & smores provided, + BYO for yourself or potluck style to share if desired)
- Charity VARIETY SHOW starts at 7pm! Sign-ups now open HERE (close Oct 9th)
- Costume & Dance Party after!
- 8-10pm telescope/stargazing on the far side of the field (end of tent sites, furthest from the stage)
- 11:59pm – Good Night Howl
- 12-6am are quiet hours, please note this is not a curfew but you should not be able to hear anyone unless they are right beside you.
You probably noticed there is NO day pass for Friday – if you’re a local and want to hang out with us Friday and can’t camp, please purchase a Variety Show ticket HERE. This ensures the charity gets all funds for that, but will still give you access to the full event (3pm-midnight).
