💦Woods Flock Summer Splash 2025
🏞Where: Anderson County Park @ Norris Lake
2191 Park Ln, Andersonville, TN 37705 (NOTE: this address goes to the day use area where the Saturday meet will take place; you will see the campground entrance before that. Also note there is a detour over a gravel road into the day use area due to road erosion but plenty of regular paved parking beyond that)
🕚When: Saturday, July 19th All Day (official kick-off 10am), plus optional camping/hangouts Fri night thru Sun morning (stay tuned for Schedule)
⁉️What: Swimming/playing by the water, games, art jamming, BYO/potluck picnic lunch – there’s also a dock and boat ramp for those interested in bringing a boat or fishing.
Fursuiting is optional but encouraged! We’ll have a changing tent, plenty of shade, and water as well as be taking a group photo

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS LITTLE TO NO CELL SERVICE AT ANDERSON COUNTY PARK!
10am – Official kick-off/intro; overview of schedule & available activities including swimming areas/water toys, art jamming, board gaming, and amenities.
🛥️10:30 – boat goes out with first group
🌭11:30 – grilling starts, potluck – if bringing any homemade goodies, please include an ingredient list
(~boat returns 11:30-12)
📸1pm – group photo, merfolk meet/photo op, followed by an intro to the hobby/pod and swim 🧜♀️
🛥️(2pm – boat goes out again)
🥽3pm – Registered attendees prize drawing! Followed by intro to scuba diving, basics of the hobby/how to get into it, and local opportunities
(Boat returns ~3-3:30)
🖍️4pm – art/item swap – bring your furry, nature, or outdoor related stuff or sketchbooks and let’s trade! Recommend printing off a reference if you are wanting to trade for art 🙂 there will be markers, pencils, and paper available but feel free to bring your own supplies
🔄TRADE TIPS – if you have a lot to display, you may want to bring your own tarp or folding table. Otherwise we will have a trading area set up, or you can have a sheet of art examples or whatever – if you see something you want to trade for, ASK: ” I’m interested in the (whatever). Would you take (insert offer) for it?” – it’s then up to the other person if they accept, give a counter offer, or want to say no. No hard feelings! Have fun and be kind ^^ Also, there is no rule against offering $ but any transactions are strictly personal, not related to WF’s event.
🔫5pm – BYO water gun/splashy fight (avoid shooting at eyes please! Do not target anyone who does not want to participate!)
(Last time boat will go out & be back before being returned) 🛥️
👋6-6:15pm boat drops people off before return back to rental dock
🌅6:30pm – pavilion cleanup, evening nature walk – for those camping, this will be “one way” back to the campsites – for those not camping, you will need to walk back to the day use area to get your car. It is a short walk, but meandering, looking for critters, and taking photos maybe ~20-30min. So ~10min return walk.
🔥We will be starting the campfires at the group sites afterwards for dinner (BYO, or there should still be hot dogs), s’mores, and socializing into the night (day visitors must leave by 9pm) – Quiet hours are 10pm -7am. 💤
